This collaborative network is committed to advancing cancer treatment standards, promoting early detection and prevention strategies, and fostering nationwide awareness to significantly improve outcomes for cancer patients across the country.

Dhaka, Bangladesh – March 15, 2024 – A meeting of senior oncology and allied specialists at Dhaka Medical College (DMCH) marked the launch of the Bangladesh Cancer Consortium (BCC), a clinician-led initiative to advance equitable cancer care nationwide. In affiliation with TACHRC CIC (Tasmia Asif Foundation UK), the initiative aims to improve outcomes through advocacy, knowledge sharing, research collaboration, and public awareness—building a unified platform that connects institutions and disciplines for lasting benefit.
